Oil Chiller Unit is specifically designed to be utilized for hydraulic systems for maintaining proper temperature of fluids required for creating mechanical energy. It is completely suitable to be utilized for power packs, CNC machines, and heavy duty hydraulic presses. This unit prevents overheating and thermal deformation of tools & other assemblies due to rotational impact at high speed. Oil Chiller Unit is used by directly connecting it with inbuilt pumps and oil supply systems of machines.

COOLANT OIL

Coolant Oil Chillers are used to maintain temperature of coolants, thereby maintaining the surface finish and accuracy of the component to be machined.

HYDRAULIC OIL

Hydraulic Oil Chillers maintain the temperature of hydraulic oil and thereby its viscosity for smooth working of machine tools.

SPINDLE OIL

Spindle Oil Chillers are used to maintain temperature of spindle oil which prevents the deformation of spindle, resulting in better surface finish and accuracy of components.

CUTTING OIL

Cutting Oil Chillers are used to maintain temperature of cutting oil, which improves the life of the tool and provides better surface finish and accuracy of the components.

CLEANABLE LASER WELDED PLATE HEAT EXCHANGERS :

One side gasket & laser Welded at refrigerant side.

BRAZED PLATE EVAPORATOR

Brazed Plate Evaporator is very compact and very efficient, due to which size and weight of the oil chiller reduces.

DIP IN TYPE WITH STAINLESS STEEL TUBE

Here the evaporator made up of stainless steel tube is directly immersed in the tank of oil to be cooled. Stainless steel tube of evaporator provides better life against corrosion and erosion.

CLEANABLE SHELL AND STAINLESS TUBE TYPE EVAPORATOR

Evaporator is compact size & applicable for cutting oil. the shell can be removed to clean evaporator coil.

Choice of Condensers

SUNBEAM OIL CHILLERS are available with following types of Condensers

AIR COOLED

This is made up of aluminum fins, with inner groove copper tubes.

WATER COOLED

SUNBEAM uses tube-in-tube type of water cooled condensers. This is used when ambient temperature is in the range of 55° C . or more or when the environment is very dusty and corrosive.

Quality Control

All components are thoroughly tested and inspected before assembly and due importance is given to internal cleanliness of Evaporators, Condensers, Copper Tubes, etc. All machines are tested on specially designed Test Rig at low and full load before despatch.
